Shipping & Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact me within 14 days via email providing me with details of the problem.

 

I will happily refund on any items that are faulty in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act.

- items must be unused/unworn and be in there original condition with all tags attached.

- items must be received by me within 30 days of purchase.

 

Please note, for returns you will need to cover the cost of shipping and a replacement will be sent out free of charge or a full refund provided (incl cost of shipping).

 

My garments are unique and mostly one off designs so please check the garment sizing carefully as I will be unable to provide a different size in the exact same garment.

 

As a small business I will be unable to offer refunds on change of mind purchases, so please choose wisely.
